Flesh, Blood, & Concrete
Flesh, Blood, & Concrete is a narrative-driven horror-survival game set in a decaying urban labyrinth where the boundaries between architecture and anatomy have begun to dissolve. The city itself shifts, pulses, and hungers—an organism of steel bones, rebar veins, and concrete skin. Residents whisper that every building remembers those who die inside it… and some of them never stay dead.
You play as an ordinary citizen trapped during a sudden lockdown as the city undergoes its grotesque transformation. With no clear escape, you must navigate collapsing districts, sentient structures, and streets that rearrange themselves like living tissue. Scavenge for clues, resources, and allies—each with their own secrets. Your choices shape not only your fate, but the city’s evolving physiology.
Combat is rare and brutal. The enemies you face are not monsters in the traditional sense, but twisted echoes of humanity fused with place: staircases that bleed, elevators that scream, shadows that follow too closely. Stealth, intuition, and environmental awareness matter more than brute force.
As the story unfolds, you’ll uncover the truth behind the city’s metamorphosis, and why it seems to recognize you. Ultimately, you must decide whether to fight against the city’s awakening… or become part of it.
Themes: urban horror, identity, transformation, psychological survival, the terror of familiar places turning hostile.
Tone: oppressive, surreal, atmospheric; a blend of body horror and architectural dread.
